Work Description: The owner came to my home on a Wednesday after I had two others attempt to find the entry of where the Roof Rats were entering my home. He was the first one that came with the understanding that he wasn't going to perform any services, other than providing a quote. After he found in the most unlikely place Rat droppings, he immediately stated that was where the rodents were entering my home. I couldn’t believe that is where they were entering my roof and he placed some packets there and traps in my roof where it is a very tiny space to crawl through. Last night (Friday) I came home and noticed that the packets that he placed on my roof were gone and I found one trap had a Rat. I am rather grateful that after only two days my problem is better.

Comments: I pray that I am passed being woken up at night hearing them rumbling through my attic. I would highly recommend Monty and New Era Pest Control to anyone that finds themselves in the same position as I have. I will keep his number if I need him again.
