Work Description: Jim responded to a quote on some work for me. He was unable to do the work, simply because it cannot be done for removal of lice.
Comments: I appreciate Jim's honesty, rather than promise something he cannot keep. He gave me some tips and I would recommend him/his business for the fact of responsiveness, advice, honesty, and (thanks, Jim) empathy. Will definitely recommend and call if ever a need arises.

Comments: After calling many exterminators in the area and having one come out to spray before WPC, I was completely disgusted with the direction these exterminators were sending me. When I called Jim at WPC he listened to my story and offered suggestions and even took some samples for inspection before he attempted any kind of treatment. (very professional) Once the insect was identified, he called promptly and discussed a method of elimination. He came the NEXT day and sprayed and fogged. He then followed-up with a phone call to make sure everything was O.K. I asked for a repeat visit and he came out again and sprayed and fogged my home, again making a follow-up call. He is very professional and I recommend him HIGHLY.
