Comments: I emailed them wednesday evening and they called me the following day and were at my house spraying with eco friendly products the following day. They are friendly, great prices, professional and we decided to do a year contract with them. I would definatly reccomend them to everyone!!

Comments: The gentleman who sprayed in and out was wonderful and very informative. There was another man with him who instantly started talking about rats as he walked into my driveway. He said he was going to check my attic (I thought for bugs). We walked in and instantly said I had rats. He pointed out all the holes in the insulation. He quoted us 4700.00 to take care of the problem by removing all the insulation, treating the area and re-insulating. BTW... I never even called for this service...just bugs. We checked with our neighbors (we had just bought the house) to see if they had rat issues...they said it was field mice, everyone on the street has them because there is a big open field behind our house. This guy called at 8am on the dot the next morning to follow up with us. I never answered his call and called the office to express my concerns. I don't think I was the 1st person to call and complain... I felt completely taken advantage of...Oh, and they also said they would check for termites even after I said we just bought the house and had it inspected. I felt pressured to sign their contract which I called yesterday to cancel. This review has nothing to do wiht the actual bug spraying...he did a wonderful job. I liked that they used environmentally friendly chemicals which aren't harmful to my child or dog.
