Comments: Very polite, personable gentleman. He gave us a 1 hr call ahead and arrived on time as he said he would. Very informative and explained what was included in the price.

Work Description: Main reason of the call was, rodents in the house. He looked everywhere and did find signs. Don baited, sprayed inside and out for ants and related bugs.

Comments: Don made the effort to privide service as soon as possible, actually on a Sunday. Very thorough and courteous. I believe he made the best effort to solve my problem, then went beyond that.

Work Description: We were having a problem with fleas. They came out and discussed issue first with us and then was able to treat home for fleas as well as putting things out to help get rid of any mice that might be carrying fleas in.

Comments: Tech was very polite and knowledgable. We ended up signing up for a preventative plan and are very happy to report that we have not seen any fleas so far!
