Comments: arrived few questions went right to work talked to me while he workrd learned a lot gave freely suggestions gave instrustions how and what to do talked about follow up gave location on getting best vinal beb bags to cover mattress and box springs need to have instructions printed out on sheet to follow up in yes there are brief info on bill but need percis info to follow for the two week period so as to get all steps done remember coustomer is in shock troma on how to get rid of the bed bugs he gave me a phone number if i had any questions felt confident when he departed mn miller

Comments: They scheduled me right away and treated for the cicada killers, giant hornet-type insects. They also returned the following week and re-treated when I was still seeing the insects. They were polite and professional. I'd recommend this company. Very pleasant to deal with.
