Comments: I would recommend this company to anyone! I was extremely upset when I found these bugs in my home. I no sooner got off my computer and my phone was ringing from Roughneck asking questions. He came out the next day to inspect my home. Then treated it the following day. What a relieve to get such good, reasonable, professional service! Thank-you again!

Work Description: I had a bee hive behind one of my second floor shutters. Bill took care of it instantly and he was diligent about not effecting the environment. He even reduced his price on site when he saw the job was not a large one.

Work Description: He had to first kill the bees in a large bees nest and then came back the next day and dug it out of the landscape. Also, he gave me a ninety day guarantee.

Comments: He was the 1st one to call. As a matter of fact, he was the only one that called out of the 3. But, he actually called immediately and came out the same morning at the time he said he was coming. Which is also unusual. I would certainly recommend him.

Comments: I found myself in a situation where I had a "mystery rash" and after seeing several doctors who couldnt tell me what it was I was almost certain we had BEDBUGS!!! I spoke with Bill on the phone and he was professional and courteous. Our first conversation was almost an hour long encounter with him answering any and every question I had with patience and understanding. I had previously spoke to two other "pest control experts" who informed me that they were certain I had a bedbug issue(just by speaking to me over the phone and NEVER even entering my home). Bill told me he didnt think that was the case but he would check just to be sure. I live near Wrightstown NJ and he drove all the way to inspect my home and tell me that I didnt NOT have bedbugs. I have no knowledge of this area and couldnt even tell you what a bedbug looked like, he could have easily came into my home and charged me for services I didnt even need! He not only went threw my entire house, he took myself and my husband out to his vehicle to show us a sample of dead bedbugs so that we were educated enough to know what they looked like for future reference. He didnt even ask to bring that jar of bugs into my home, suggesting instead that we come out to his truck to see them which I greatly appreciated(I get freaked out easily by bugs, dead or alive and couldnt imagine that jar in my home!). I would also like to add that when I asked him for a quote on removal services if that was going to be the case, he quoted me a maximum amount that was the SAME amount as the MINIMUM price the other two "experts" I spoke to quoted me! If your looking for an honest company who does a great job and isnt out to take not only your belongings but your wallet to the cleaners, then I highly suggest Roughneck!!
