Work Description: I thought I had carpenter bees, but found out only bees. these were exterminated

Comments: Of all the exterminators that i was given only R&M came to my house. carl was professional, answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. we took his yearly service contract, and i would refer him to anyone looking for an exterminator.

Comments: They did a professional job, and they were very good at explaining what to expect after the job was completed. We were very happy with their work.

Comments: Did not actually use any of them. Fixed problem without outside contractor based on advice from a number of sources including RM Termite. Kudos to RM. Buddy called back within minutes of my leaving a voice message. The other two companies never called.

Comments: Very courteous and helpful. Applied insecticide to the nest and assured me that every bee would die in about two days. Hasn't been two days yet but, so far, no more sightings of bees. price was reasonable and they guarantee their work
