Work Description: Squirell in soffit making holes ..

Comments: Steve came over right away and brought a team with him to cover all angles which I thought was smart and very helpfull.We did have to go a different route because the squirells damaged my roof/soffit and so Steve allready had an expierenced roofer with his team ( saved alot of time ) and his advice was honest and I was offered several way`s to a solution.Allthough I still have not made up my mind as of which direction I intend to go.Over all very happy with his professionalism and mostly his honesty with that being said I still have not had any work done to date so I will respond to that when and if RIP GET`S THE JOB....

Work Description: Suppose to come and view the area and then place a cage to catch the squirrel and then come back as many times as it takes to catch it. However, this was not the case as the cage is still in my attic after several failed returned calls from Steve, mgr. I did speak with Steve who was very apologetic prior to not taking calls or text anymore, stated he would send other techs to see what's going on and now I am having to call every day because no one is coming out.

Comments: Tech. placed cage in attic first day never checking area to see entry of squirrel. Told me to contact him anytime when you hear the squirrel. Called the tech twice and nothing in cage. Third called he was a bit annoyed and stated that he would have to charge me $50.00 for coming out and if no squirrel found. When I spoke with manager before he sent the tech out, this was Never mention. Very long story, however the cage is still in the attic with food and water and Steve the manager will not return my calls or text messages. Now I must call someone else to finish the job that R.I.P. Pest Control, LLC did not!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB as well.
