Comments: Jose was VERY knowledgable about his profession. So much so, that I asked him to check out a pest problem at another residence. His son, Carlo, then came out to follow up on the issue and confirmed it to be termites. Both men are true professionals who work with the homeowner to better provide a strategy to fix the problem at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them both.

Work Description: the house was treated for roaches (inside and outside)

Comments: Jose was extremely personable and was willing and able to explain the procedure/process of the treatment. I did see a few still roaming around in the evening after the treatment but i think these sighting should stop soon. And if not, I assume this is what the 15 day follow-up and 30 day guarantee are all about. overall, service was great and I was pleased with the visit as well as Jose' professionalism.
