Work Description: Was able to locate the actual source of the problem. An earlier incident had not detected the entry way where rats were entering. Todd patched the holes up for a temporary fix and wrote detailed instructions to present to the building.
Comments: Todd was great. Arrived promptly and had a very comprehensive understanding of our situation. As a result our building has agreed to fill in the entryways through which rats had been entering our apartment. Thank you!

Comments: I received a few calls from exterminators but felt that Todd was the most knowledgable about my problem with bedbugs and how to handle it. He came to my apartment with his team in which he inspected and treated my apartment. I was extremely happy with this company and remain bug free.
