Work Description: Lionel has done work for the school district for the past three years on a regular basis consisting of termite inspections and control as well as other emergency pest removal and rodent problems.

Comments: Lionel is very punctual, very clean and even leaves the place cleaner than he found it. He makes things very convenient. We have had companies look at projects such as termite problems and they took a week to get us their reports. Lionel gets back to us either the same day or the next day and he emails us his reports making things even more convenient.
