Comments: David was very informative, taught us several things to prevent and to kill the bed bugs, he had to spray one time and we haven't had any bites since. he called and stopped by the check on us a couple times to make sure things were ok. very nice and honest and affordable, we would use him again!

I asked a lot of questions about the ants and he answered without hesitation which indicated to me he knew what he was doing, which I believe to be true, I have not seen from the ants again. He really got rid of them. Most importantly the products he used were not harmful to my cats. He understood how much I love my cats and acted accordingly. I would recommend David for any extermination job however large or small. I would definitely call on his services again. Thanks to this website for finding him for me. Service date was 6/5/10. Work Description: Bat problem at elderly parents' house

Comments: David is, by far, the most honest contractor I've dealt with in years. He listed several remedies that we could do ourselves to rid my parents' attic of the bats and saved us a ton of money as well. I will definitely call David for any other creature problem we have.

Work Description: We had an ant problem in our kitchen. The sugar ants came from the sun room into the kitchen area where our pets' food bowl was located.

Comments: Dave Messerman from the M4 Maintenance Company came out to our house and sprayed an environmentally safe insect spray around the perimeter of our home. He also put an ant formula gel down on some of our hard wood floors which was also very safe for our pets. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the use of natural ingredients for maintaining a safe yard from insects and "critters". It was great to learn what I could do to keep our house protected. He was easy to talk to and very personable. I would highly recommend his company for exterminating pests in your home or business.

Comments: They came out when we needed them quoted a price and did not exceed that quote. Was very quick and so far so good on the mice problem.
