Comments: Fernando was on time considering some confusion on the address. He was very professional. I've been trying to schedule a second appt. but am having difficulty getting someone to call me back.

Comments: I just think that $175 for 3 visits was high - but I do not have anything to compare that against. Stephanie was very helpful and "right on the ball" in getting someone out that same day. Joel, was very helpful took his time finding the right places to set the traps.
