Comments: We found termites in our newly-purchased 110-year-old home. Based on the great reviews here on Networx, I called Hobb's to discuss the problem. Two days later, Marshall & Ford showed up on time, ready to work. After an extensive inspection, Marshall determined that the damage was in a limited area, which he treated thoroughly with state-of-the-art chemicals, establishing a border around the entire house as well. Friendly, professional, prompt, and affordable; I would recommend these guys for your job. As for effectiveness, I'll be back to post again in a year or so...

Work Description: We had a mouse problem I found Mr. Hobbs on the internet it was the best decision ever !!! Very fast response and came right over to address the problem!! He explained everything and they where gone thank you jesus!! Then I had a problem with ants that spring and again great service !!! Comments: Wow! I googled searched for Exterminators using my zip code and got a list of four from Networx. A few mins after I placed my info on their site, I was contacted by Mr. Hobbs as well as the other three Co within the next day. I decided to go with Hobbs' Professional Termite & Pest Management and am very happy and please that I did. He had the best offer for what I needed to get done, along with great Customer building skills. After I first spoke with him, I told him that I was still shopping around and need a few days to shop around. He did but called me back in a few days the hear my decision. I did not have one at the time because I was hesitant for fear that I will still have the problem of roaches that I was sick of. Mr. Hobbs convinced me that he would take care of the problem for a flat rate with a 1 yr guarantee for which I can call him back at anytime within the yr if I saw any more roaches or mice. It has been almost 2 mths since mr. Hobbs did his exterminations and I have not seen another roach or mice. Great service. Professional, polite & punctual. Will recommend him anytime. Thank you.

Comments: Hobbs called me back with one hour on a Sunday! They were very punctual for the appointment and offered a very competitive price.

Work Description: No work was performed yet. I had a snake in my house. My son-in-law removed it. I wanted to know how it got in and if there was some way of protecting my house from them. Mr. Hobbs was very honest about his ability to protect my house (the Snake-Away product, which may or may not be totally effective). He said that I would have to get a very thorough home inspection in order to determine (if possible) how it got in. I was very satisfied with his response.

Work Description: Mr. Hobbs conducted a total Ant, Mouse, and spider extermination treatment. He also tackled 3 very large bee nests (in the ground). He also checked for termintes, too.

Comments: Mr. Hobbs was EXCELLENT! I called him in the morning, told him the bees were getting out of hand and really needed the extermination completed as soon as possible. He was at my door step within 2 hours. He not only conducted all these treatments, he searched high and low for any crevices for a mouse problem we were also having too. He was very patient and knowledgeable and explained all the things he was doing, what to expect, if it was safe for my animal, etc. I would recommend him to anyone! I purchased the year long pesticide contract (which he will come back during the year if there are any problems or signs of the aforementioned bugs. Thanks!!!
