Comments: I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Guillen to anyone. This man has such integrity and decency which is something that is a rare quality in a lot of businesses these days. Turns out I could not use his company's services at this time. But he is the first one I am going to call should a situation arise if I do in the future.

Work Description: We had yellow jackets in our finished basement.

Comments: Steve called almost immediately after I sent the inquiry. (I was very impressed with his promptness and initial conversation). He arrived even a few minutes early for our appointment and promptly began investigating the issue. Found the source of the infestation and treated it, guaranteeing his services. I will call him again and recommend him to friends. The other service did not call for almost 24 hours but did provide a quote over the phone (left voice mail) which I used to negotiage a lower charge for the services.

Work Description: Steve spent about 15 minutes examining the porch posts on which I had seen the carpenter ants and determining the source of some "sawdust" on the porch stairs. He didn't see the ants, as I had disturbed the site by previously removing some trim boards from the posts. He determined that some bees had entered the backside of one post to create the "sawdust." He treated both with a spray.

Comments: I appreciated how he asked questions and inspected the site before recommending any kind of treatment. He also recommended a monthly treatment for next summer, which I may or may not take him up on.

Work Description: Steve set 13 baits for mice around the house and garage. He also sprayed the house for insects.

Comments: Steve, the owner, is very professional and punctual. He explained what he was doing and why. It took him about an hour to put the 13 baits in place and spray for insects. His fee is very reasonable. He is very good about answering calls or calling back soon, when he is not able to talk at that moment.

Work Description: Investigated attic due to foul odor around the opening from the bedroom closet. Nothing found. It was determined that maybe the odor was coming from behind the paneling. Advised to use odor eaters for the problem.

Comments: The fee to just look in the attic (no actual work done) was a bit a high.

Work Description: He came in every week to exterminate the bedbugs. He found new hidden bedbugs everytime. So the weekly service definately paid off! He sprayed different chemicals every time to combat the bugs. The problem seems to be gone now. But he still has to come for two more oppointments to make sure the problem is gone.
