Comments: John contacted me via email quickly and asked when to call me. He called in the morning and came in the afternooon. He throughly inspected my house. He determined the possible termite problem was old and did not have to be treated. He also found a large colony of crickets in my crawl space which explained why I kept finding so many strays. He also pointed out a leak in my crawl space. I told him I would contact him after the crawl space was completed from the mold remediation.

Work Description: inspection for termites after workers found evidence after ceiling exposed due to hurricane damage. Also checked my crawl space and found hundreds of crickets due to dampness and also pointed out a leak which I was unaware of.

Comments: John called early next morning and came later that day. He was prompt, couteous and more importantly very knowledgeable. Fortunately the area we were concerned about for termites was old and he could not find evidence of them being active. That honesty was worth the money. He did uncover a colony of crickets in my damp crawl space which explains why I kept finding strays in my house. He also pointed out a leak in the crawl space which contributed to the dampness. I was happy to learn about those things. We agreed for him to spray at a later time during our remediation process.

Comments: I was pleased and amazed that John set up an appointment right away and even started work the same day as the quote! I didn't have to take off a second day from work. He was efficient and thorough. I liked that he oversaw the work and did much of it himself. Other companies send out salesmen, and then workers are scheduled to come out later whom you've never met. This was better. Ants and bees are dropping all over the place! Also, his price included everything in one number, so it was simple and clear.

Work Description: John went through my bed, inspecting every crevice he could find, where bugs might be hiding. He did find that there was a good size gap under the window behind my bed which could be an entrance for them to come in. He had good advice and I am glad I called and found your service on the internet.

Comments: I have been getting bitten for weeks, during the night, John was very professional and knowledgeable in setting out to find the culprits. There were none to be found, so he suggested an encasement cover, in case of dust mites. From now on John is my go to man for any pest problems we might have.
