Work Description: I had an invasion of black carpenter ants complete with the winged males telling me there was a nest..... somewhere. Basement was inspected, sprayed, insulation pulled to assess dryness. First floor was sprayed, dishwasher panel removed, stove and fridge treated, bathrooms and plumbing checked. Upstairs window sills, baths and roof inspected as well. Outside was treated at intersection of foundation and ground and again where the end of the siding met the foundation. Nest was discovered inside the walls of the hot tub. It was treated, and the next steps to follow were discussed by me and the company.
Comments: As of this posting, it has been 5 days since my property has been treated. The treatment used needs 2-3 weeks to do its magic, but by the next day I was ant free in my home. Wonderful company to work with, direct communication, reasonable prices and shares "other" information that may be valuable for the customer to explore. I highly recommend Express Pest Control.

Work Description: Extermination of flea problem. Too soon to tell whether it completely worked.
Comments: Explained procedure very thoroughly, how to help eradicate the problem. Al was very friendly yet professional. I would engage him again should I ever be in need of such services. And the prices were totally reasonable compared to major brand services. I believe in locally run and operated family businesses. He was also very patient answering all my questions and clarifying the details of aspects unique to my apartment. I really felt he was invested in my problem.
