Work Description: Paul arrived on time, explained what he intended to do and sprayed behind the shutters where I had heard loud bee activity. He then sprayed another shutter along my driveway. All took about 10 minutes.

Comments: Paul was efficient and knowledgeable. He told me to call if there were any problems with the bees in the areas he had treated.

Comments: I high recommend this company. I came to Networx on a Sunday afternoon, even so, Paul at ESP answered within minutes - the other company never answered at all. Paul explained when would be the best time to take care of my problem and came out ASAP. We saw immediate results, and I especially like that he took the time to explain what he was doing and how the insects would react, even warning my kids to keep clear of the treated areas. He was very pleasant and reassuring, and pointed out problems we hadn't even noticed. The price was more than reasonable and the service stellar. I would definitely call ESP again.

Comments: Paul came earlier than expected. He looked at the problem. Because the chimney is metal no hornets were nesting there. They were just flying in and out looking for a warmer place. Paul told me what to do to solve the problem. He did not charge me for the appointment. He was so nice. I would recommed this company to anyone.

Work Description: Terrible odor eminating from the inside wall of our home. ESP/Paul discovered 4 dead mice!!----apparently made their way through the garage! We cut open the drywall and removed the insulation; sprayed with pine-sol....so far, the odor is gradually disappearing! Paul baited the entire basement level. WE SHALL SEE!!! But, we are very pleased thus far!

Comments: Paul is cordial and efficient. He even called back a week later to check on our progress regarding the odor....seems to know hwat he is doing....Time will tell!

Work Description: I will never know how these little beatles invaded my kitchen, but one call to Paul fixed the situation - He came promptly, told me what I needed to do before he did the work, came back on time and my beatles have disappeared -

Comments: I couln't have asked for a more polite, caring, willing to work individual - he made me feel as ease as soon as I met him, he showed me pictures of these creatures in a book and explained what had to be done. Could't answer about the price of the service as I never hired an exterminator before so had nothing to compare it to, the important thing is that the problem was solved. Thanks Paul Hope I never need the service again, but ESP would be who I would call
