Comments: Paul came earlier than expected. He looked at the problem. Because the chimney is metal no hornets were nesting there. They were just flying in and out looking for a warmer place. Paul told me what to do to solve the problem. He did not charge me for the appointment. He was so nice. I would recommed this company to anyone.

Comments: Paul arrived promptly as promised. It was difficult to find the nest under plantings, but he took the time to check all areas, mow through brush and then applied the chemicals. Both my neighbor and I were very satisfied with his professional and concerned manner. I would highly recommend him.

Work Description: Terrible odor eminating from the inside wall of our home. ESP/Paul discovered 4 dead mice!!----apparently made their way through the garage! We cut open the drywall and removed the insulation; sprayed with pine-sol....so far, the odor is gradually disappearing! Paul baited the entire basement level. WE SHALL SEE!!! But, we are very pleased thus far!

Comments: Paul is cordial and efficient. He even called back a week later to check on our progress regarding the odor....seems to know hwat he is doing....Time will tell!

Comments: I couln't have asked for a more polite, caring, willing to work individual - he made me feel as ease as soon as I met him, he showed me pictures of these creatures in a book and explained what had to be done. Could't answer about the price of the service as I never hired an exterminator before so had nothing to compare it to, the important thing is that the problem was solved.
