Work Description: employee applied a general psticide for crawling bugs; we have centipedes and silverfish, but it's not a bad infestation. Arrived on time, have not seen and insects in the week since he was here and they give a 1 year warranty.

Comments: Returned my call promptly, came out same day to give estimate. Showed up on time the very next day to spray yard, was in and out in no time, and I haven't seen a wasp since. Did a great job!

Work Description: General preventative bug spray
Comments: Curt was very knowledgable and informative. He fully answered all of our questions and provided helpful information about other potential issues that could occur if we do not maintain them correctly. It was excellent and I would definitely recommend them (specifically Curt). The only reason I gave 3 stars is because they ran late on the day of the original appointment so I had to reschedule for another day. They arrived on time for the 2nd appointment.

Work Description: Bed bug extermination of entire single family home.
Comments: We discovered bed bugs in our bed on a Sunday morning and immediately began searching for Exterminators. Being that it was Sunday, it was difficult to get in touch with any of them. E & G was prompt with returning phone calls and on time for appointments. They did cone give us an estimate on Sunday, but would not begin the extermination. The house was exterminated Monday morning. They say they always do a follow up treatment about 3 weeks later, but they also said we could go ahead and use all of our furniture 2 hours after the extermination. We did not do this because we didn't feel safe, so we threw the mattress and bed spring out. We shopped around for mattresses and bought one on Friday, along with a bed bug mattress cover, new sheets, and new pillows. We set it all up on our old bed frame and head board, and to our surprise, woke up with more bed bugs than we had less than a week prior. This was very disappointing and stressful. They came back the next day and treated the house much more aggressively and efficiently with stronger chemicals. It's upsetting that they didn't take it this seriously the first time.

Comments: owner spoke to my husband and was told entire exterior of house was going to be treated. Service person only applied gel to kitchen area and by front and side door and exterior wall of kitchen. So the expectation on our part was different from what we were told. But the one year guarantee was great. Pricing was on the high side, compared to others.
