Work Description: Remove bed bugs
Comments: John and Jared are great!!!....Jared called back the same night I left a message for them; it was about 8:30 pm. They were willing to come out the next afternoon, which I did agree to, however, after he explained to me the steps I would need to take to ensure the bugs were gone..(It is a lot of work, bagging up clothes, cleaning out dressers, moving TV’s etc), I rescheduled for a day that was more realistic. When they came to the house, they explained EVERYTHING they would be doing. The price was EXCELLENT!!!! The process took about 1 1/2 hours. Hopefully, this will take care of these nasty little bugs! I would recommend this company to anyone...I am very pleased with how professional, and knowledgeable they are. Just as a side note...I also called other large termination companies (Orkin), and they want 3x more than this company. I wish I would have done this 9 months ago...as I have been dealing with this problem for about a year...and yes, I did try ALL of the over the counter products.

Work Description: Decided not to have service done at this time but they would be the ones I'd try out, have already reccomended them.
Comments: However, I was given home based advice to help with my problem and maybe call them if I couldn't finish the job. Still working on my issue. The good thing is they made contact the same day, I took a couple days to return to them in which I had a very positive experience and will use them if need be but have already reccomended them just based on the advice they gave me on the phone. It confirmed my plans of action and help detail the plans.

Work Description: company came in and sprayed for bed bugs and has scheduled another appointment to come back and sray again, they sprayed along all floor boards, the mattresses, the dresser drawers and put powder in all the outlets and litfixture outles
