Work Description: Inspection of a Rodent intrusion and lived for a while in our new kitchen and living room area.
Comments: I contacted Mr. Philip Muniz and immediately he came to our place and inspected the area. He recommended a lot of ideas on this rodent condition which is just one lone rat problem that got trapped inside our house. He or she wants to come out so tried to chew the weather strip on our door to gain entrance and exit where he/she got in. Philip suggested to open the door leading to backyard a little bit, put some baby powder marks on the floor and see next morning if we're successful in driving him away. Well, that's actually what happened and we saw the marks on the floor of our uninvited guest which tortured us for about a month now. I highly recommend Philip of Amores Pest Control 626 966-7057. I am a salesman for the last 40 years and I knew him as very professional when I dealt with Mr. Muniz, he didn't even bother to sell his own services. I will surely hire him soon for maintenance unwanted pests.
