Work Description: Identified pest from inside the house and found it not to be a termite.
Comments: Even though I didn't end up needing work, the company was quick in responding, they replied in less than 5 minutes to filling out the request and they identified the insect I found. Their cheerfullness and helpful attitude is unmatched.

Comments: was supposed to come out in the morning but tech did not get our information until it was too late for that to happen. Don't think that was her fault but somebody didn't follow through. Tech came that evening after completing all her other jobs. So far so good on bees not coming back. none of the companies on top are who did the service
