Work Description: cockroach extermination in a 3 level house. 1 flat rate for a 2x service and, is more than willing to answer any question and with a positive attitude.
Comments: this guy is GREAT! Out of the 5 other companies on the list that were suppose to call this was the only one. that was part of the reason i chose them but, also was very friendly and willing to explain everything being done. NOT TO MENTION 2x visit for a flat rate in my opinion is better than having to have someone come look at your house just to be able to give a price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE WITH A PEST PROBLEM!!!!!

Work Description: Controlling a large 3 foot high 6 foot diameter aggresive Allegheny Mound Ant colony
Comments: My situation is pretty unusual. I have lived on a mostly wooded 3 acre lot for 10 years now. I have coexist with a HUGE ant mound 3 feet high and 6 feet in diameter, neighbors tell me it's at least 30 yrs old. The mound was far enough away from my house that I've left them be all these years. I've learned they are Allegheny Mound Ants and are very aggressive. I believe, that due to the current dry hot weather and the age and size of the colony they have spread all over starting new and for right now smaller off shoots. My life had become a living hell. Any one in the garden or on the lawn would literally be attacked by these ant which give a very painful bite. Some of these bites have actually drawn small droplets of blood.. Gardening became a nightmare.. BBQ's impossible, sandals a dinner bell..... A large part of my decision to use "ALL SERVICE PEST MANAGEMENT" was the price.... but it was the luckiest thing that happened.. Darrell could not believe what he saw, even took pictures. But then he got to work he even had to put on special overalls to protect himself. I tried to help by brushing off the ants as they climbed up to his neck and ears over the suite giveing him several painful bites, but he never stopped or cried uncle.. He took on the challenge in an intelligent and environmentally considerate way. He spent much more time then he expected too, and for that I appologize to his wife... but I'm so glad he did.
