Comments: I had mice in the house. Ernie was the first to call back from ServiceMagic (w/in seconds). He arrived as expected, explained everything he did, answered my questions, told me what to expect, honored his estimate, and said to call with any questions. When I did, he answered/returned the call promptly. Haven't seen any mouse poop since. Have called on him again for stink bugs/spiders/flies. They're gone now too. Highly recommend. Very professional; won't sell you something you don't need. Will definitely call again. Thank you Ernie.
