Comments: I have a apartment building that had encountered a bed bug problem brought in from one of my tenants. My biggest concern was that they were in the walls near a wall socket and was worried that now they would travel to other apartments in the building. Comments: It was a pleasure doing business with Michael. He responded to my request immediately! Set up an appointment for Keith to come to my home and so far the problem is solved! Those disgusting creatures, ( camel back crickets) have not been seen! They usually don't show up until late summer or early fall, I guess the warm winter we had brought them out early. Comments: Michael called me within 15 minutes of my request for a quote. He was friendly, accommodating, consultative and willing to answer all of my questions in a kind and professional manner. He was able to have someone come out the next day but my schedule didn't allow a visit until three days later. Keith came out and was extremely friendly, kind, and highly interested in quality. He was also accommodating and consultative, and I never felt rushed in asking questions. I purchased the yearly plan in which three scheduled services are included, with unlimited calls in between in the event further services are needed (some exclusions apply, which were clearly and thoroughly explained as to what the exclusions are and why they are excluded). The rate was comparable to the others that I've seen online and in my opinion is worth the price given the unlimited interim service calls if needed -just over a dollar a day seems pretty good to me to keep the buggies away (especially since my daughter has a bee allergy). The entire service call took about 40 minutes. The company is located about 90 minutes away from my home and I thanked Keith for being willing to drive all the way out here and back - he said, "I'm happy to do it - it's all about the customer". How refreshing! Too early to tell how effective the actual service is or how future service calls will be, but I was so impressed thus far that I just had to write a review. Thanks for reading!

Comments: It's so scary how many people are dealing with bed bugs today! I never thought my family would also fall victom to this nasty infestation. Afetr reading the many reviews about the success of bed bug extermination done by Above All. I decided to also try them. Well, needless to say we are now bed bug free and sleep great again! Michael came out and expalined the service and the expectations we should have on results. I am happy to say he spent 6 hours the first day removing every bed bug from my home. Follow uo visits were also done but really not needed. Michael is truely an expert in this field. I thank him and Above All for giving us back our lives!

Comments: I called 3 extermitnators out to get a price quote. Michael, from Above All, was actually the best. He was friendly, very quick to respond, knowledgeable, professioinal and seems to be someone you just know you can trust. He gave me an estimate & told me he just needed a nights notice to come back and do the job. The name fits, he definitely is "Above All". He's also the only one that didn't try to take advantage & sell me services I didn't need, like the other two places. My father was here and thought he was so good that he is switching who he uses for a yearly contract to take up the contract with Michael at Above All.
